Ingredients

    3 cups butternut squash puree
    • 1 cup coconut flour
    • 2 tsp vanilla
    • 4 eggs, and 3/4 cup egg whites
    • 2 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
    • 3-1/2 tsp baking powder
    • 2 tsp cinnamon
    • 1 tsp nutmeg
    • 1 tsp cloves
    • 4 teaspoons splenda
    1 tablespoon brown sugar for the top

    Bake Butternut squash and puree, add all ingredients together, bake in cake pan with spray, makes 12 slices

375 for about 45 minutes
