    1.5 pounds lean ground beef
    .5 tsp. salt
    1 tsp ground black pepper
    1 tsp onion powder
    1 tsp garlic powder
    2 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
    3 large carrots, peeled and sliced
    1 box frozen peas
    1 large onion, sliced
    3 stalks celery, sliced
    1 10.74 can condensed tomato soup
    1 can of water


Brown the ground beef; season. Layer the vegetables in the crock pot in the order given in the recipe. Place the ground beef on top of the celery. Mix the tomato soup with the water, and pour over everything. Cover, and cook on high for 4 hours
