Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    1-2 tsp of sugar (to taste)
    1 TBSP dark cocoa powder

Tips

If you have sweetened almond milk, skip the sugar. If you have plain almond milk add 1/4 tsp of vanilla with the sugar and cocoa powder


Directions

in a microwave safe mug add the almond milk. Heat for 2 min on high.
Whisk in sugar and cocoa powder until combined. Enjoy!

    Incredible!
    I really like this since I, too, need to avoid dairy. And I find that I don't really NEED sugar for it to be satisfying. It's not equal to hot chocolate: it's even better! - 1/11/15
