Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 T sesame oil
    3 chicken breasts
    1 onion, halved then sliced
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 cn water chestnuts, sliced
    1 cn bamboo shoots
    1 cn bean sprouts
    1 orange pepper, cut in 1" pcs
    20 sugar snap peas, cut in half lengthwise
    8-10 mushrooms, sliced
    1 t 5 spice powder
    1 t ginger

Directions

If using boneless chicken, chop and stir-fry till almost cooked. If using bone in, par boil to make it easy to pull of the bone. Set aside.
Heat oil in wok.
Add onion and celery and cook until translucent.
Stir in water chestnuts, bamboo shoots and bean sprouts and let warm through.
Add peppers and peas. Cook till heated through, about 2 minutes.
Add mushrooms, chicken and spices. Stir through and let heat through completely.
Serve over rice with soy sauce to taste.
