Introduction

When you just need that little bit of something sweet . . . There is no added sugar, no eggs and no cow's milk. Ingredients

    The bananas need to be ripe -- mash them well in a medium/large bowl. Add the remaining incredients one at a time, mixing as you go with a wooden spoon. Drop on a cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.

    Cool the cookies completely. Store them in a tightly sealed container as they are pretty moist.

Tips

Raisins are totally optional and leaving them out will reduce the calories to about 80/serving and carbs. You can also add nuts (about 1/3-1/2c, chopped) if you wish.


Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray. Bake 15-20 minutes (oven times vary).
