Ingredients

    1 box (13oz) whole wheat pasta
    1 can Salmon- drained
    2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
    juice from a fresh lemon
    Salt, pepper, garlic powder ect- to your taste.
    3 stalks celery- diced
    2 scallions(green onion) diced
    1/3 cup fat free plain yogurt
    4-5 tbsp's Miracle Whip Light

Directions

Put pasta on to boil- cook till al dente
While pasta is doing its thing; drain salmon and put in bowl. Add all seasonings & lemon juice- Lemon pepper, Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Italian Seasoning- all good choices. Use what your household prefers.
Mix well; add in celery & scallions & mix well.

Drain pasta and run cool water over it. Once cooled down add to salmon & mix. Add Yogurt & Miracle Whip and Mix Extremely Well.

Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. I usually make this the day before for an easy quick meal on a busy day.
