Ingredients

    1 box Duncan Hines spice mix
    2 cans pure pumpkin
    2 servings Craisins
    2 Servings chopped pecan

Tips

If mixture is too think add water. Be sure not to add any of the ingredients listed on the cake mix box. The pumpkin takes the place of the water, oil and eggs.


Directions

Pre-heat oven to 325f. Grease mini muffin tin. Mix cake mix and 2 cans pumpkin until well blended add in cranberries and nuts. Mix well. Using a tablespoon drop mixture into muffin pan. Bake until done, about 25 minutes.

    15oz cans, hope you like it! I'm in love with it, my whole house smelled like pumpkin pie last night while it baked.
