Ingredients

    2-1/2 Cups 2% Milk
    2 TBS Flaxseed
    1 Med. Banana
    1 Cup Mixed Frozen Fruit (or as much as it takes to thicken the Smoothie)


Tips

I pour this into 1 cup containers which I freeze & pull out & nuke for 40 seconds for breakfast every morning. Makes about 8 cups.
