Ingredients

    2 cup plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
    3/4 cup light olive oil mayo
    1 cup apple cider vinegar
    1/3 cup splenda
    1/2 cup water
    salt and pepper
    1/2 cup sunflower seeds
    5oz low sugar Craisins
    1 3/4 cup 2% milk sharp cheddar
    9 slices Morningstar Farms bacon strips, cooked and crumbled.
    1 cup shredded carrots
    2 heads of broccoli, chopped.
    1 large head of cauliflower, chopped

Directions

To make dressing; mix yogurt, mayo, water, vinegar, splenda, and salt and pepper to taste.
Mix in cheese, Craisins, sunflower seeds, shredded carrots, and bacon.
Mix in broccoli and cauliflower.

Serving Size: Makes 20, 1 cup servings
