10 oz lean ground pork
2 cups beef broth
1.5 serving of Maxwell house coffee (dry)
2 jalapeņos
4 tsp ground cumin
4 tbsp. chili powder
1 med onion diced
1.5 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp black pepper
.25 tsp cayenne powder
.25 tsp oregano
Directions
Brown meat in fry pan and chop up. Add all other ingredients to crock pot and stir. Drain meat and add to crock pot and cook on high for 3 hours.
