Ingredients

    3/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour (or WW pastry flour)
    3/4 cup all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/2 teaspoons baking soda
    1/4 teaspoons salt
    (mix dry ingredients)
    Note: I make server batches of the dry ingredients and kept them in the pantry in zip lock bags so when I want to make pancakes I only need to add the wet ingredients.
    2 large eggs
    1 cup low-fat buttermilk
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1 tablespoon honey
    1/4 teaspoon vanilla

Tips

I use whole wheat pastry flour that I find at a health food store for lighter pancakes.
Measure out on giddle then add blueberries, chopped bananas, pecans, or chocolate chips (not included in calorie count)


Directions

Griddle on medium heat or griddle pan 350.
