Ingredients

    2 C. bok choy chopped
    1 C. Cabbage shredded
    1 c. green peppers thinly sliced
    1 C. celery chopped
    1 8 oz drained tin of straw mushrooms
    1 28 oz tin drained bean sprouts
    4 C pacific organic chicken broth
    1 C water
    1/2 C soy sauce

    1 tsp sesame oil
    15 oz skinless boneless chicken breast cut into small pieces
    1/2 c green onions
    2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms

Directions

This should make 9 Cups.

cook chichen in sesame oil w/ onion , 1 tsp garlic 1/2 tsp 5 spice. once chicken is browned add mushroom.

in a large dutch oven pot add the rest of the ingredients except the bean sprouts. Bring to a boil.
Lower heat to medium add chicken & mushrooms. Simmer 15 min. add sprouts. and simmer 10 more min.

Serve over brown or white rice.
