Ingredients

    150g Whole Wheat Flour
    3 TS Oats
    2 medium carrots, grated
    4 TS Pumpkin Mash (I used Jam I had made before)
    100g sugar
    3 TS Oil
    100ml Soy Milk

Directions

mix dry ingredients, add grated carrots, add oil, milk and jam and stir well. fill in muffin molds and bake for 35 min

Serving Size: 10 muffins
