Introduction

Wheat is not my friend, but sometimes I want something bread-like. Wheat is not my friend, but sometimes I want something bread-like.

Ingredients

    Egg, almond meal, ground flax, sunflower seeds, apple cider vinegar, baking soda, dash of salt

Tips

I like slightly crushed sunflower seeds, but they can be omitted, if desired. The nutrition tracker's sodium calculation seems overly high.


Directions

whip egg, set aside.
Mix all dry ingredients.
add vinegar to dry mix, stir in.
Add egg, mix in.
Pour into greased ramekin.
Microwave 2- 2 1/2 minutes.
Slice & enjoy
