Ingredients

    5 oz. Whole Chicken
    6 Potatoes, Peeled & cubed
    16 oz. Baby Cut Carrots, Fresh
    1 Can Chicken Broth, Low Sodium
    1 Lemon, Juiced
    1/2 tsp. Thyme, Dried
    1 Tbsp. Mrs Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
    1 Tbsp. Black Pepper, Ground

Directions

Serving Size: 14 - 3 oz. servings

Juice lemon and mix in herbs & seasonings and place into the slow cooker.

Peel & cut potatoes into cubes.
Place potatoes & carrots into the slow cooker.

Place chicken into the slow cooker and baste chicken with some of the broth in the bottom of the crockpot.

Cook on low for 8 hours.
