Ingredients

1 1/4 pounds ground beef, browned and drained, rinsed
    3 cans Veg-All Mixed Vegetables
    1 can diced tomatoes
2 cans (6 oz.) tomato paste
    12 cups water
    3 Tbsp. garlic powder
    3 Tbsp. onion powder
2 Tbsp. Salt (or to tast)
    1 Tbsp. black pepper

Tips

You can add any spices that you like to this. I've made it with Italian spice mix. I've also added dry alphabet pasta (look for them in Harris Teeter or Kroger). For my family, I serve with grilled cheese sandwiches.

Directions

1. Brown, drain and rinse ground beef with hot water (removes extra fat)
2. In large pot, add ground beef, Veg-All, tomatoes, tomato paste, water, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir ingredients.
3. Bring soup mixture to a boil.
4. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 2 hours or more.
