Ingredients

    4 cups raw nuts (any combo of cashews, almonds, walnuts)
    1/2 c. pure maple syrup
    1/4 c. honey
    pat of butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp cayenne
    1 tsp. vanilla extract (pure)
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    dash or two of chili powder if you like the zip.

Be careful! Addictive!


Directions

Preheat oven 350. Place nuts on parchment in single layer, roast for 8-10 min. Cool. After cooling, place one cup of nuts in food processer and coarsely chop - should have a mix of ground and chopped nuts. In large skillet, heat syrups, honey, butter, and spices until honey is liquid. Mix in all nut products and stir completely. Spread onto parchment paper on large cookie pan, and place in oven for about 8 - 10. Do not overcook.
