Ingredients

    5-6 cups kale
    4 shiitake mushrooms, chopped
    2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    Herbs of your choice to taste

Directions

Saute kale and shiitakes in olive oil with herbs of your choice. Let cool and add your favorite topping (pumpkin seeds, cheese, avocade, almond slivers, etc.), or mix in other vegetables to test.
