    Lamb, Cubed, 550 grams
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 large
    Onions, raw, 2 large
    Butter, unsalted, 2 tbsp
    Olive Oil, 3 tbsp
    Flour, white, 3 cup
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 0.5 tsp
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 0.25 tsp
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Cumin seed, 0.3 tsp
    Sesame Seeds, 1 tbsp

Serving Size: Makes 17 pieces
