Ingredients

    1 can - Coconut milk unsweetened
    1.67 Cup - Heavy whipping cream
    9 TBSP Chia seeds
    1.67 Cup - Frozen berries - preferably lower carb
    6-8 servings stevia sweetener
    1.5 tsp Unsweetened Organic Vanilla Extract

Directions

Thaw and mash berries to release juice.
Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Let sit for a minimum of 2 hours covered in fridge - overnight is better.

Serving Size: makes 10 0.5-cup servings
