Cook sausage. Add thawed tater tots and brown. Removed from pan & set aside. Cook scrambled eggs & red peppers. When done. Warm tortillas. Place equal amounts of ingredients in each and roll. Be sure to fold up on end so ingredients do not fall out while eating.
