Ingredients

    Tinkyada Brown Rice Pasta Vegetable Spirals - 1 cup
    Boca Veggie Ground Crumbles - 1/2 cup
    Muir Glen Organic Whole Peeled Tomatos w/basil - .5 cup
    Red Onion - 1/2 cup
    Spectrum Organic Olive Oil - 1/2 Tbsp
    Salt - pinch
    Pepper - pinch

Tips

Make sure you cook pasta eldente to avoid it being mushy when you cook mixed dish for the last 5 minutes


Directions

Dice onion and add to olive oil coated pan. Add Boca crumbles and fry until cooked. Meanwhile - cook pasta according to directions, drain and put back in pot. Add tomatoes and onion and boca crumble mixture to pasta, then salt & pepper. Add a drizzle of olive oil if needed. Let cook for 5 minutes on very low heat to meld flavors
