Ingredients

1 can Campbell's Healthy Request tomato soup
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced sweet red pepper
1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
4 cups cooked egg noodles
1 cup shredded 2% cheddar cheese
2 5 oz. cans chunk light tuna in water, drained
1 cup sliced water chestnuts
Tips
Can vary the vegetables to your taste. Or use a little chipotle chili powder if you like spicy. Could also substitute parmesan or romano cheese for the cheddar.
Directions
Cook noodles in pot of boiling water. Drain.
In large skillet, saute onion and red pepper in oil. Add undiluted soup, chili powder, salt, Worcestershire sauce, and water chestnuts.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Mix in noodles. 3/4 cup cheese, and tuna.
Spoon into greased 1 quart casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with 1/4 cup cheese.
