Introduction

Delicious vegetable dip. Delicious vegetable dip.

Ingredients

    * Nutrition calculated with (brands)

    1 c. Plain, Nonfat, Greek Yogurt (Chobani)
    3/4 c. Light Mayo (Dukes)
    1 Tbsp. Beau Monde (Spice Islands)
    1 Tbsp. Dill Weed - (fresh) dried will work as well
    1/4 tsp. Onion Powder (Tones)
    1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder (Tones)

    Mix everything well and serve or chill (better if allowed to chill for at least 2 hrs. prior to serving). Store in an airtight container in the fridge. Will keep for 1 week (however it never lasts that long!).

Tips

Can be made in advance (best if made in advance). Will keep for approximately a week in the fridge. Does NOT freeze well.

Serve with lots of veggies. Especially good with cucumbers, carrots and celery.


Directions

Mix well and chill.
