    1 cup Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinigar
    1 cup Apple Cider
    3 large Cucumbers (peeled)
    5 sprigs fresh Dill weed
    1 cup ONION, CHOPPED
    3 tbsp Honey
    Salt and pepper to taste


peel and slice cucumbers thinly
lay them out on a brown paper bag or paper towels and lightly salt to drain off excess water (let drain for one to 3 hours)

dice onion
chop dill and discard stems

boil the apple cider vinegar, apple cider, and honey

in a bowl toss the onion, fresh dill, cucumbers, and vinegar mix and let the salad cool and marinade for at least three hours.
