    2 pound lean ground beef
    1 can 780ml stewed tomatos
    1 can 780ml diced tomatos
    2 can 378ml mushrooms
    1 large green pepper diced
    2 can 378ml baked been in tomato sauce
    1 can 378ml red kidney beens
    1 tbsp onion powder
    4 tbsp chilli powder
    2 tbsp cummin
    2 tbsp black pepper
    1 tbsp paprika
    2 tbsp minced garlic


brown meat and drain. add all ingredients to dutch oven pot (keep liquid from cans) and add half seasonings. add chopped green pepper. simmer on low for 1 hour. add rest of seasonings (adjust to taste) and simmer for 1 hour more. serves 12 1-cup and a bit. Serve over brown rice.
