    1 lb turkey breakfast sausage, ground
    1 lb extra lean ground beef (96% lean)
    2 large eggs
    2 Tbs dried onion flakes
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1/2 lb (8 oz) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded


For best freezing results, freeze on a cookie sheet for a few house, then divide into individual freezer bags for an easy grab-and-heat breakfast.


1.Mix all the ingredients together until thoroughly blended (it is best to use an electric mixer).
2.Form into about 5 dozen 1 inch balls and place on a cookie sheet or broiler pan.
3.Bake at 375F for about 25 minutes.
