    8 eggs
    two scoops protein powder
    1 cup buttermilk
    2 boiled peeled sweet potatoes
    1/2 cup stevia for baking

    Blend in blender on high. Pour in glass pie dish (spray with pam).

    Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
