Ingredients

1 1/4 cups Grape-Nuts cereal, or enough to thinly cover the bottom of a glass pie plate
3 tablespoons frozen apple-juice concentrate (it spoons out quite easily)
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Pour Grape-Nuts into 9-inch pie plate, add apple-juice concentrate, and mix until the cereal is moist but not wet.
3. Press Grape-Nuts up side of pie plate and bake for 10 minutes, until crust is nicely browned, watching constantly.
4. Cool crust in freezer or refrigerator until ready to fill.
NOTE: Fill at the last minute, so crust stays crisp.
