Ingredients

    4 Cups Diced Potato
    1/2 Cup Diced Onion
    1 Package Frozen Corn
    2 Cans Cream of Potato Soup (as directed)
    1 Cup Water
    1 Package Turkey Sausage Browned into balls and mixed with Crushed Red Pepper flakes
    worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper
    2 Cups Fat Free Half & Half

Directions

Saute Onions.
Add potatoes, water and corn cook until potato begins to soften. Add cream of potato soup and a splash of heavy cream. Cover and cook on medium.

In a separate pan mold sausage into small meatballs and brown. Once brown add to soup.

Simmer for 10 minutes and serve. mmm... delicious!
