Ingredients

    1 package of chocolate instant pudding
    2 cups of 1% milk
    1/2 cup part skim ricotta cheese
    milk
    2/3 cup marshmallows
    Hershey's (I used air delight) chocolate bar 40g

Tips

for a lower cal option you can always cut out the ricotta and milk and add lite or fat free cool whip instead.


Directions

Mix pudding with 2 cups 1% milk. Pour the liquid into ice cube trays. put the trays into the freezer for 1hr. put pudding cubes into a durable plastic container. mash, stir, or blend until creamy. Add 1/2 cup ricotta cheese and milk until desired consistency is reached. Add marshmallows and chopped hersheys bar and stir. grab a scoop, then put into the freezer.Enjoy.
