Ingredients

    ~ 2 pounds ground beef, cooked and drained
    ~ 2 cans diced tomatoes
    ~ 1 can light red kidney beans, drained
    ~ 1 can dark red kidney beans, drained
    ~ 1 medium yellow onion, diced
    ~ 1 package carrol shelby's chili seasoning mix

Tips

I use carrol shelby's mix because it gives you the "option" to add less salt, or less pepper, depending on your taste...personally, i only use about half of the salt seasoning packet....as it jut looks like overkill to me.


Directions

Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker, add just enough water to the recipe to cover all ingredients, then stir well.

Let cook for 4 hours on high.
