Ingredients

    0.25 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
    0.50 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    3 tbsp Parsley
    0.50 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
    0.25 tsp Dry Mustard
    1/2 cup almond flour
    3 tbsp Coconut oil (spectrum Organic)
    0.50 tsp Lemon Juice
    1/4 cup Dukes Mayonnaise
    170 gram(s) Canned Salmon
    2 large Egg Yolk

Tips

Consider adding a little psyllium husk if the patties are not sticking together.


Directions

Combine all ingredients and mix well. If possible, let mixture rest in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Make 5, 2.5 oz patties and fry in coconut oil no more than 5 minutes per side.
