This recipe gives you 3 small energy balls to get you thru the day, instead of energy bars :) Mix well and put in a fridge overnight, you can also dip the balls in dark chocolate and leave them for another couple of hours or add honey if you like them sweeter.     Peanut Butter, chunk style, 2 tbsp
    Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1.5 tbsp
    Oatmeal (plain), 0.2 cup dry
    Blueberries, dried, 1.5 tbsp
    Almonds, 4 almond
    Hazelnuts, 4 nuts
    Soy Milk, 40 mL
