Introduction

this is perfect to use up leftovers after taco night! this is perfect to use up leftovers after taco night!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Layered Dip:
    Spread in layers
    Refried Beans
    Spanish Rice (white rice cooked with canned tomatoes, cilantro, and oregano)
    Stewed Chicken (chicken in enchilada sauce)
    Top with Cheddar Cheese

    Avocado Salsa
    3 large avocado cubed
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 diced onion
    1 diced jalapeno pepper
    1 oz lemon juice
    Mix All ingredients

Tips

Serve with tortilla chips or cucumber slices.


Directions

Layer Dip and then bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes at 350.
I keep the Avocado Salsa on the side, but you can cool the dip and then spread over the dip.
