Ingredients

20 ounces of frozen broccoli
1 can of sliced mushrooms (drained and rinsed)
2 full filets of Salmon (or white fish)
12 ounces of low fat mozzarella cheese
garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste.
Tips
You can use any style fish other than salmon. My favorite is white fish.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Layer the broccoli, then mushrooms, sprinkle with seasonings, lay fish on top of mushrooms and then sprinkle with seasonings again (lightly both times) and then sprinkle with the cheese.
Cover with foil to bake and remove the foil for the last 10 minutes for the cheese to brown.
Bake for 40-50 minutes or until fish is flakey.
Serving Size: makes 8 (2 X 2 inch pieces)
