Ingredients

¾ cup coconut water
½ cup 2% plain Greek-style yogurt
1 ¼ cups frozen mango chunks
¼ cup frozen strawberries (about 5)
2 Tbsp almond meal (ground almonds)
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
Tips
Pump up protein: Add raw almond butter or unsweetened whey protein powder plus a dash of pure vanilla extract.
Change the flavor: Swap frozen peaches for the mango, or use a frozen tropical fruit blend.
Pack more potassium: Toss in a banana (sliced & frozen) or a few golden kiwifruits.
Directions
Combine ¾ cup coconut water, ½ cup 2% plain Greek-style yogurt, 1 ¼ cups frozen mango chunks, ¼ cup frozen strawberries (about 5), 2 Tbsp almond meal (ground almonds), & 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice in high-power blender & puree until smooth. (Makes about 2 ½ cups.) Divide between 2 glasses.
