Ingredients

    Bob Evans Original Sausage Roll
    1 8oz package cream cheese
    2 lbs. Sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
    Italian Style bread crumbs
    2 eggs beaten

Directions

Soften cream cheese. Brown sausage and drain. Drain and rinse sauerkraut. cheese, sausage and kraut. Refrigerate for a couple hours. roll into balls, roll balls in flour then beaten egg then breadcrumbs. Fry in canola oil until golden brown. Drain then bake for 15 minutes at 375.

Serving Size: 25 2 inch balls
