Ingredients

    3 T whole grain wheat flour
    3 T cornstarch
    3 T onion flakes
    1 T vegetable bouillon
    1 T garlic powder
    1 T cayenne
    1 T chili powder
    1 1/2 T ground cumin
    2 T hot smoked paprika
    1 1/2 t onion powder
    1 1/2 t black pepper
    1 1/2 t Splenda

Tips

Note: 1 pound of meat = 4 servings.


Directions

Mix ingredients thoroughly. Store in an airtight
container. Brown lean ground beef in a skillet, add
2 T of Taco Seasoning per pound of meat (using it's
raw weight, not it's cooked). Stir thoroughly. Add
1/4 c water and continue to cook, reducing the water
until there is no liquid left in the pan.

Serving Size: Makes enough for 9 pounds of meat @ 2 T/pound
