    1 cup soy milk, I use plain unsweetned
    3/4 cup plain fat free yogurt
    1 cup mango chopped
    1 tablespoon metamucil orange flavour, sugar free
    1 tablespoon splenda

Directions

place in blender until smooth. makes 2 servings
