Introduction

Ingredients

one pound lean ground sirloin(90/10mix)
one tablespoon dehydrated minced onion
one-third cup Hunt's Original Barbecue Sauce
one cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
one cup Bisquick Mix
one cup 1% milk
two large eggs
Directions
Heat oven to 400* F
In cast iron skillet (or oven safe) cook ground sirloin and dehydrated onion until beef is cooked through.
Drain and return to skillet.
Stir in Barbecu Sauce.
Sprinkle half the cheese over meat mixture.
In bowl, mix Bisquick, Milk, and Eggs together thoroughly.
Pour Bisquick mixture over beef mixture and place skillet in oven.
Bake uncovered for 25 minutes.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese and cook for an additional 5 minutes until knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Serving Size: makes 8 servings...cut pie into 8 slices
