Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    1 15.5 oz can black beans, rinsed and drained
    3 large eggs
    1 tablespoon oil
    1/4 cup cocoa powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    3/4 cup sugar
    1/2 teaspoon instant coffee
    1/2 cup Resse's Peanut Butter chips

Tips

substitute any flavor chip you wish. Originally called for white chips and I changed it to peanut butter. Try adding nuts also. Enjoy!!


Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 8X8 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Place all ingredients except peanut butter chips into a high speed blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Pour into baking dish. Top with half of peanut butter chips. Bake 30 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides. Melt remaining chips and drizzle over top of brownies. Cut when cooled.
