Ingredients

    3 large carrots, sliced
    5 stalks of celery, sliced
    2 medium onions, roughly chopped
    1 teaspoon olive oil (optional)
    2 cups tomato sauce, no salt added
    1 turkey breast, roasted in oven (350 deg F for 1 hr - 1 hr 30 min)

Tips

Cooking time may depend on your style of crockpot/slow cooker.


Directions

Fry all the cut up veggies until onions are slightly browned with the olive oil. Place in the slow cooker.

Take all meat off the turkey breast bone and place in the slow cooker.

Set the cooker on low setting and cook for 4 hours or until veggies are nice and tender.
