Ingredients

    Oatmeal 2 Cups
    Honey 1 1/2 Cups
    Whey Isolate Protein Powder 2 Cups
    Dried Tart Cherries 1 Cup
    Peanuts 1/2 Cup
    Raisins 1/2 Cup
    Vanilla Essence 1 teaspoon
    Nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon
    Salt 1/4 teaspoon OR (a prince may work better)

Travels well and last about a week.
I found this recipe on Pinterest and recreated to meet my sons needs. It increase his recovery time after exercising/practice. He enjoys them so I make a new batch each Sunday. Enjoy


Directions

Melt the peanut butter with honey in microwave for about 90 seconds.
Add all other ingredients mix with a spatula.
Spread on a cookie sheet then place in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Cut into desires size and shape.
Eat and enjoy
