Quick and easy 2-ingredient muffins will be done in under 30 mins. and are the perfect snack at under 200 calories each. Good topped with low fat honey cream cheese (not included in nutrition info) and a cup of coffee! Ingredients

    15 oz. can Libby's 100% pumpkin
    1 box Duncan Hines Signature Spice Cake Mix

Directions

Mix the pumpkin and cake mix well and spoon into muffin cups. No need to add the ingredients like egg or oil listed on the cake box. Bake at 400F for 18-21 mins. then take them out of pan and set on rack to cool.

Serving Size: Makes about 15 muffins.
