Ingredients

2 Egg whites, (from large eggs)
1/8 cup cooked, cooled Quinoa
1/3 cup Dry Quick Oats
1 lbs. Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast
1/3 cup Skim Milk
season to your own liking (such as: salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, parsley, oregano, etc.)
Tips
Add these to your pasta sauce and serve heated with your favorite pasta.
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a baking sheet (one that has sides to it) by lining it with foil and spray foil with foil cooking spray.
Cook quinoa according to package directions. Allow to cool. In medium size bowl, add egg whites, beat slightly with fork. To egg whites add, oats, quinoa, milk & your seasonings. Mix together. Add ground turkey breast to mixtrue. Mix well.
Place mixture on prepared baking sheet. With the back of a wooden spoon, smooth out into a rectangle so that you can evenly cut 5 columns & 6 rows. With a butter knife, create your rows and columns. Pull each "square meatball" away from each other so they can cook evenly.
Bake for 30-45 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 30-.5 ounce meatballs; a serving is 5 meatballs
