Ingredients

    16 oz Ground Turkey
    1/2 Medium Yellow Onion, diced
    16 oz Fresh Mushrooms, sliced
    1 Clove Garlic, grated
    1 Tbsp Coconut Oil

Tips

You can add diced avocado, diced tomato, bacon bits or whatever toppings your normally have on your burger.


Directions

Melt coconut oil in fry pan, add garlic and onion and saute for about one minute.
Add the mushrooms and cook until mushrooms are soft.
Add in the ground turkey and brown until fully cooked
If there is an excess of fat you can drain it before you eat it.
