Ingredients

2 cans Chick Peas - rinsed and drained
2 tbsp. Pine Nuts
1 tbsp. Sesame Seeds
1 tbsp. Olive Oil
Lemon Juice - one lemon squeezed
3/4 cup of water
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. parsley
black pepper - to taste
salt - to taste
Tips
Serve with fresh veggies, pita chips, tortilla chips, or crackers.
Directions
Toast pine nuts in a skillet over medium-low heat. Add all ingredients in a blender. Puree until smooth. You may need to add a bit more water. Chill or serve right away. Garnish with a few pine nuts, a dash of paprika and parsley, and half a tsp. of olive oil. This will yield a large bowl of dip.
