Introduction
I love this recipe since it can go from freezer to oven in under 5 minutes. I pretty much always have the ingredients on hand, so I make this when I am behind in getting to the grocery store.Hint: make a double recipe – enjoy for dinner one night and make the leftovers into a rice paper wrap for lunch the next day.

Ingredients:
1 lb/454 g package frozen salmon fillets (I use High Liner brand)
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp soy sauce (I use gluten free Tamari)
1 tsp minced garlic*
1 tsp minced ginger*
*I use the prepared kind in the glass jars to cut down on prep even more.
Directions
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450° F. Place the frozen salmon fillets in a single layer on a greased baking pan (I use a glass baking dish lined with tinfoil on the bottom to prevent it from sticking). Combine the maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger in a small bowl and pour over fish. Bake for 10 minutes, spoon sauce over fish, then bake for another 10 minutes or until fish is cooked through and flakes with a fork. Spoon sauce over fish again. Then set oven to broil and broil for 5 minutes or until sauce has reduced some and fish gets slightly crispy on the outside.
