I was not sure how this would turn out, but I must say that I was pleased with the results. I topped mine with a dollop of Cool Whip Free, and enjoyed every bite. Ingredients

    Red Plums - 3
    Bisquick Heart Smart - 1 cup
    Splenda - 1/4 cup
    Milk, Non Fat - 1/2 cup
    Vanilla Extract - 2 tsp
    Cinnamon - 1 tsp
    Nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
    Ginger - 1/4 tsp

Directions

Slice plums and place equal protions into six remikins. Mix remaingin ingredients and spoon equal portions over the plums. Bake for 25 minumtes in a 350 dergee oven. Let cool.
